CREATE ACCOUNT works only once both boxes above it are ticked: accepting the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and the age statement. It takes you to a confirmation page whose "ENTER THE ARENA" button leads to the login form. The new account already holds 5 champions — Castiele, Lunaris, Pixolino, Saguaron and Cryon — plus the ones from the current rotation, one avatar, two chests and three random elixirs. Opening a chest needs a key, and a new account has none: a key costs 150 ShopPoints, can be bought from another player on the Market for Uwerta Points, or comes from the referral programme.
The element this step points at is not on this page. That is a fault in the guide, not in your browser — please let us know.
