A guardian of elemental equilibrium, Castiele's icy prowess shapes the battlefield, freezing time itself in a dance of arcane beauty.
It makes sea monsters attack two dirs front of you and make Castiele ice damage for each champion you hit. Also if you hit target you will get speed boost for while Hotkey: 1, Type: Sea Monsters Attack, Action: Shooting sea monsters front of champion. You can see the exact operation in the video below
